How do I pay for my order?

When we deliver the items, we require full payment by cheque or cash.

Do I pay a deposit?

Yes. We require a deposit cheque when we deliver the items to you. This will be returned to you when the goods are collected providing they are undamaged.

How do I recieve my order?

We will deliver to you within a 10 mile radius of Tonbridge at a time convenient to yourself. Alternatively, you can collect the hire items yourself to keep the cost even lower.

How do I return the goods?

We will also collect from the same address we delivered to. You can return them to our Farnham base if you would prefer.

How do I know the goods are clean and safe?

All items are cleaned with antibacterial cleaning agent then steam cleaned with a cleaner approved by the British Allergy Foundation before and after every hire. They are also safety checked thoroughly by our team to ensure they remain in excellent condition. Remember, if we wouldn’t be happy with our own children using our products, we simply wouldn’t hire them out to you.

What happens if I damage the goods?

If a product is returned damaged, we will firstly establish the extent of the damage. Part or all of your deposit charge will then be retained to a minimum value of two weeks hire. For example, if you hire a pram for one week, three weeks hire minimum will be charged.

Will I know how to operate everything in my order?

All orders are delivered with a copy of the manufacturers instructions included (if applicable). This way, you can be sure you will be able to operate the goods fully for the extent of your hire period.

Do you provide linen?

All travel cots and moses baskets come complete with linen included in the hire charge. There are no additional costs for this.

What happens if I wish to hire something longer term?

Just call us and we can provide you with costs for the goods you need.
